Couplers

Ordinary quick-disconnect couplings can be a hidden source of leaks or spills.

They're hard to close, especially when their clumsy finger rings get caught under their arms.

Operators often have to hammer their arms down, sometimes breaking them in ther process. And once you do get them closed, they're likely to pop open unless you insert special pins or wire them shut.

It's a hazardous mess and a costly headache. But now there's a simple solution.

Swivel Joints

All OPW swivel joints are full bore schedule 40 construction with short radius elbows, except 6", 8" and 10" fabricated steel and stainless steel swivels which have long radius elbows. Ball bearing raceways and sealing surfaces in all swivels are precision machined and micro-finished to assure friction free operation and superior sealing characteristics. All steel and ductile iron swivels are painted blue.

3200 Series (Cast Steel, High-Pressure)
Bodies and tails of cast 1040 carbon steel with hardened raceways. Ball bearings are precision-ground steel. Buna-N main O-ring seal with PTFE back-up ring, and Buna-N O-ring dust seal are standard.

3300 Series (Cast Bronze)
Bodies and tails of hard, wear-resistant cast bronze (Copper Alloy C92200). Precision-ground steel balls, Buna-N main O-ring seal and felt dust seal are standard. 1" size has Buna-N O-ring dust seal.

3400 Series (Fabricated Steel)
Bodies and tails of 1040 carbon steel with hardened raceways. Welded construction; 100% penetration welding by welders certified to ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section IX. Precision-ground steel balls, Buna-N main O-ring seal, felt dust seal. Standard flanges are ASA/ANSI 150 lb. raised face type.

3600 Series (Cast Aluminum)
Bodies and tails of cast A-356 high-tensile strength aluminum. Precision-ground steel balls, Buna-N main O-ring seal, and felt dust seal are standard. 1" size has Buna-N O-ring dust seal. Flanges are ASA/ANSI 150 lb. flat face configuration.

3700 Series (Cast Stainless Steel)
Bodies and tails of high-quality cast 316 stainless steel. Precision-ground stainless steel balls and Buna-N main O-ring seal. Felt dust seal is standard in 1 1/2" size, Buna-N O-ring dust seal standard in 3/4" and 1" sizes.

3800 Series (Cast Ductile Iron)
Bodies and tails of cast A-536 ductile iron. Precision-ground stainless steel balls, Buna-N main O-ring seal, and felt dust seal are standard. Buna-N O-ring dust seal standard in 1" size. Flanges are ASA/ANSI 150 lb. raised face type.

3900 Series (Fabricated Stainless Steel)
Bodies and tails of high-quality 3161 stainless steel. Welded construction; 100% penetration welding by welders certified to ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section IX. Precision-ground stainless steel ball bearings, Buna-N main seal, felt dust seal. Standard flanges are ASA/ANSI 150 lb. raised face type.

Flow Indicators

Sight flow indicators provide a quick, reliable and economical way to verify the flow of fluids through industrial process lines. But when a sight flow indicator leaks, it can often force you to shut down the very process it was designed to protect.

ISO Rings

	• An ISO-Ring consists of the following essential parts. 1) BODY 2) ASSEMBLY FLANGES 3) FLEXIBLE CYLINDER 4) CAPTIVE SENSING LIQUID 5) INSTRUMENT REMOVAL DEVICE (IRD)
	The ISO-Ring consists of a sensing liquid "sandwiched" between a metal body and a flexible cylinder.
	The process liquid, as it flows through the ISO-RING, exerts pressure against the 360° flexible cylinder.
	The pressure is then transmitted by the sensing liquid through a port in the body, to the instrumentation. THE RESULT: A clean, compatible liquid activated the sensing mechanism of the instrumentation.
	The ISO-Ring is simply mounted between two (2) process piping flanges.* * CUSTOMERS MUST SUPPLY GASKETS NEEDED BETWEEN ISO-RING AND PROCESS FLANGES
